 Our company specializes in manufacturing Dam Gate Rubber Seals. At "Sandhya Enterprises," we craft these seals using both extrusion and molding processes. Our extensive range of dam gate rubber seals includes various types such as 'Z' type rubber seals, flat type rubber seals, musical knot type rubber seals (P type), 'L' type, hollow bulb type, mushroom type, 'C' type, arrow type, double bulb type, double steam type, Teflon cladded type, and brass cladded, among others.

All our seals are crafted from high-quality rubber compounds, conforming to either IS: 11855 or IS: 15466 standards, which have been rigorously tested and approved by engineers. Each batch of mixed rubber undergoes stringent testing in our factory laboratory, as well as at NABL-approved government laboratories, to ensure they meet all the necessary physical and chemical requirements before reaching the final production stage.


It's worth noting that extruded rubber products differ from molded rubber products in that uncured rubber is forced through a die with the desired cross-section under pressure from an extruder. These extruded products are then vulcanized or cured in a heated pressure vessel, known as an autoclave. Extruded parts can be manufactured in various sizes, ranging from 6 inches in diameter to rectangular cross-sections of up to 4 inches in continuous lengths of up to 15 meters.
