F.C. Gaskets

Flat Rubber Gaskets


Flat rubber gaskets, with a dual thickness of 3/6mm, are engineered for creating secure flanged joints. They are fabricated from NR, SBR, and EPDM polymers, and their sealing area features a 6 mm thickness to accommodate potential machining irregularities on mating flanges. These gaskets are offered in all standard sizes, spanning from 80 mm to 1000 mm in diameter.

LRC Gaskets

LRC gaskets are purpose-built for use with Jiffy Socket Leak Repair Clamps, designed to facilitate permanent repairs of leakages in socket/spigot joints in pipes and fittings. Typically made from EPDM polymer, these gaskets can also be customized with other polymer materials. They are available in all standard sizes, ranging from 80 mm to 1000 mm in diameter.

Modified J - II Gaskets

Modified J – II gaskets are engineered for Jiffy II M/J Fittings and are constructed from EPDM polymer. These gaskets find application in the pipe-fittings industry and are available in all standard sizes, from 80 mm to 300 mm in diameter.

Rubber Gaskets for M.J. Joints

Our conical-shaped M/J rubber gaskets are designed for use in mechanical joint pipe fittings and are manufactured using EPDM polymer. These gaskets are interchangeable and come in all standard sizes, from 80 mm dia to 1000 mm dia.
