SANDHYAFLEX Dredge Hoses feature a specially designed and thicker lining compound capable of handling slurry, mud, and other types of dredge materials. They are reinforced with multiple piles of high-tensile cords, which are impregnated with rubber. Discontinuous steel rings are incorporated to enhance suction and crush resistance while preventing kinking and improving hose sturdiness. These hoses are abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant, and resistant to seawater, thanks to a specially compounded outer cover.

Range:

SANDHYAFLEX manufactures dredge hoses ranging from 200mm ID to 1000mm ID, complete with rubberized built-in steel/rubber flanges and MS backup plates on both ends. These hoses are hydrostatically tested at 100% to ensure they can withstand a proof pressure of up to 20kg/sq cm, which is the maximum working pressure (W.P). They are designed for a minimum burst pressure of four times the W.P.

Suction Hose: SANDHYAFLEX Suction Hoses are designed to provide high bending capabilities even under severe service conditions. The hose type is selected based on the ID of the hose, required bending angle, and acceptable built-in length. Hose types can include ring type, smooth outside, helix type, armored type, or any other special type as per the customer's specific requirements and field applications.

These materials consider wear resistance, pressure ratings, tensile strength, bending capabilities, and other physical parameters. The hose consists of an inner lining customized for the transfer media, followed by construction as needed.
